Our Publishing Process

Our publishing process:

1. We are a publishing house. This means that during the publishing process we will format, edit for errors and typos, design your layout, and facilitate distribution of your book to major retailers like Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Walmart.com, Books-a-Million, etc. for distribution to national and global markets. Your book will be distributed by one of the biggest distributors in the world.
2. We design your book cover. Authors have some input on the design. Authors who have their own artwork are welcome to provide it. We recognize that some authors are also artists and may want to use their own artwork.
3. Authors retain 100% of their publishing, distribution, and copyright. You have direct access to sales, reports, and your author dashboard where your books are printed and shipped. We are a very author friendly company. This means, your royalties are paid directly to you from the start.  We do not collect any of your royalties.  The author is the sole beneficiary of their talent and success. Our publishing model is designed to benefit you.
4. During the process we consult and educate authors on the publishing, as well as industry and retail standards.
5. Our books are compliant with industry guidelines and  eligible for placement on physical bookshelves.
6. Marketing. Some authors may have a large following or a marketing background and may not need us to market their books for them.
7. For authors who do not have a marketing background, do not have popularity or a large following may want to enroll in our marketing.
8. Our turnaround from start to finish averages 2 to 3 and a half months, depending on a book’s editing needs, or whether the book will have illustrations. The timeframe can vary within that range or longer if delays are facilitated by the author.
9. We value your input and ideas. Please do not hesitate to ask questions as we are very responsive and enjoy author participation in our process, and building great relationships.
