By submitting your materials and completing this form, you (the “Author”) agree to the following terms with Library Publishing House (the “Publisher”):

1. Review and Evaluation Process

  • Initial Evaluation: Upon receipt, we will review the first few chapters of your submission solely to determine if the work is ready to enter our publishing process.

  • Submission Standards: While your manuscript does not need to be completely “market-ready” as our services include formatting and editing to prepare it for retail…it must be a complete work and beyond the rough draft or early development stages.

  • Response Time: We value your time and will respond to your submission within 24 hours.

  • Data Privacy & Protection: If we choose not to move forward with your manuscript, your entire submission and all associated files will be permanently deleted from our systems. Your unique ideas and intellectual property remain entirely yours; we will never retain, use, or share your work without a formal publishing agreement.

  • No Guarantee of Publication: Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance. The Publisher reserves the right to decline a submission altogether, or ask you to revise and resubmit at a later date if the manuscript is not yet far enough along to begin production.

  • Preliminary Outline: This form serves as a general, non-binding outline. If we move forward with your manuscript, a formal publishing agreement will be provided.

2. Services and Distribution

If your manuscript is accepted and you choose to move forward, the Publisher will provide the following services at your behest:

  • Production: Formatting and editing for flagrant spelling or grammatical errors to prepare your book for the market.

  • eBook Distribution: Delivery to major digital platforms, including Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble Nook, Kobo, Scribd, and eBooks.com.

  • Paperback Distribution: Print-on-Demand (POD) availability via major retailers and distributors, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, IndieBound, and Powell’s.

3. Rights and Royalties

  • Retention of Rights: You retain 100% of the rights to your unique ideas, materials, and copyright. The Publisher has no desire or authority to produce or use your work beyond the specific services you request.

  • 100% Royalties: When your book is sold by a retailer, royalties are paid directly to you. Library Publishing House does not collect or take a portion of the Author’s royalties.

4. Author Warranties and Liability

  • Originality: You agree to submit original material that does not infringe upon the copyright, patent, or trademark of any other individual or entity.

  • Legal Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for any legal issues or disputes that may arise from the publication of your work.

By submitting your materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

THE ENEMY WITHIN…

Major John Holt speaks six languages, holds a PhD, and is a lethal Force Recon Marine. But his greatest weapon—and his greatest liability—is his unbreakable moral compass. When a political clash over an ethics class gets him exiled to the frozen steppes of Kazakhstan as a CIA station chief, Holt expects bureaucratic purgatory. Instead, he finds himself at the center of a deadly geopolitical chessboard. From brokering rare-earth deals with the Kazakhs to recovering Russian dirty nuclear weapons, Holt’s lethal efficiency earns him the respect of rival spies and the deadly attention of Russia’s FSB.

His several languages and close association with a high-ranking Chinese general master spy catapult him into the highest political circles. But when a brazen assassination attempt in Beijing takes the life of the woman he loves, Holt goes on the offensive. Sensing his protagonists possess inside knowledge of his movements while being hunted across Europe, the Middle East, and the high seas, Holt must use every skill he possesses to survive. Because the kill orders aren’t just coming from Moscow—they’re coming from inside the CIA.
